Most health insurance plans are accepted, but if you don’t have health insurance 4CARE offers a lower priced self pay alternative. We offer a full range of services including but not limited to the following:

Physicals

Students often need a physical exam prior to attending school, competing in extra curricular sports or going to camp. 4CARE offers convenient and thorough walk-in physicals to students, 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends. In addition to the physicals mentioned above, 4CARE provides a variety of immediate medical exams including: Employment Physicals, Pre-Placement Physicals, and DOT/DMV Physicals.

Occupational Health

4CARE Walk-In Clinic offers an innovative approach to meeting employer healthcare needs in the workplace. Our programs are specifically tailored to meet your individual company needs and to reduce the overall costs associated with work-related injuries. We recognize that a successful occupational medicine program is founded on quality medical care, comprehensive communication and the ability to serve as both a patient and employer advocate. Services range from pre-placement screening to evaluation and treatment, case management, on-site medical services and much more.

Workman's Compensation

4CARE Walk-In Clinic treats all types of injuries including strains/sprains, lacerations, chemical burns, falls, fractures, etc. We maintain a “back to work as soon as medically possible” policy, and encourage employers to participate in a light duty/return to work program. 4CARE offers the following services for work related injuries:

• On-site X-ray, EKG, Laboratory and Pharmaceuticals
• Pre-Employment Physicals/Back to Work Exams
• Drug Screening (on-site and off-site)

Imaging

4CARE Walk-In Clinic is equipped with the latest in technology to assess and treat many life-threatening illnesses and injuries. We provide on-site digital X-ray and EKG and when necessary refer patients to University Center Imaging (UCI) for conditions requiring additional studies. Studies are viewed using the on-line Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) or are available for the patient to take with them on CD. A patient will be referred to UCI for the following procedures:

• MRI
• CT
• Nuclear Medicine
• Digital Mammography
• Ultrasound
• Osteoporosis Screening (DEXA)
• Breast/Prostate MRI
• Fluoroscopy
• Coronary Calcium Scorings
• Stroke Risk Assessment Screenings
